Resident - How to Purchase a Permit

  1. Click Add Permit to view a list of eligible permits.

  2. Click the + Add button next to the permit(s) you want to purchase to add the permit to your cart and Click Continue.

  3. To add your vehicle information click the + Add button.

  4. Enter Nickname, vehicle and registration information, click Save.

  5. Documents need to be uploaded to confirm eligibility and vehicle information.

  6. Keep this warning in mind.

  7. Check the box next to the plate to be assigned to the permit and click Continue.

  8. Make sure all required documents are uploaded.

  9. Enter your payment information and confirm the billing address. It will default to the account address. Then click 'Pay'.

  10. An email will be sent with a receipt, or you can view all email notifications in your Account's Message Center.
